Guests loved the helpful and friendly staff at Best Western Richmond Hill Inn who clearly puts hospitality above everything else and offers professional customer service. From showing the rooms prior to checking into the hotel on arrival to fixing any minor issue within no time or searching for local attractions, the staff always service you first.

The breakfast served at the hotel is quite plentiful offering a great variety of hot and cold items and is liked by the guests. Guests also loved the breakfast area which is very spacious and the staff around is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent breakfast experience for the guests.

The hotel offers a pet friendly accommodation with good facilities like dog trash bags in the rooms and maintains cleanliness in the rooms. Guests can walk their dogs in walking grounds of the hotel.

Some guests reported some minor repairs like low water pressure in sink, TV remote didn't work and had no TV guide, A/C didn't work on automatic, extra cost for in room snacks.

Wi-Fi at Best Western Richmond Hill Inn has a poor connectivity. Guests were unable to join the network or kicked off every few minutes, it was quite disappointing for business travelers.

The hotel is situated near a train track and it gets very noisy whenever a train passes by especially, when the train comes through in the middle of the night. Guests complained about not getting a sound sleep due to trains passing by.
