Hotel Best Western Plus Pioneer Park Inn (Fairbanks, USA)

Most of the employees such as the front desk, servers, and housekeeping team are very considerate and friendly. They went beyond the extra mile to help guests catch their flights. Moreover, they also had the initiative to provide snacks for guests who missed their breakfast.

Best Western Plus Pioneer Park Inn's free buffet breakfast was superb according to most guests! It's not the standard or normal breakfast compared to other hotels. A wide variety of pastries, breads, eggs, yogurts, sausages, potatoes, and biscuits were served so guests all left with happy tummies.

Aside from being reasonably priced, the rooms are also very spacious with large beds and complete equipment. Room amenities include functional microwave and mini-fridge, and comfortable beds and pillows, which all made guests' stay a pleasant one.

Most guests are quite disappointed with the hotel's actual location. Major establishments are far and guests needed to take a cab or bring their own car for easy access. There were no actual restaurants within a short walking distance, and cars are needed to get to the city center.

Some guests had issues with the inconsistent temperature inside the rooms. There were times when it was too cold so guests were not able to sleep properly for they couldn't adjust the heat. There were also times when it was too hot and they couldn't do anything about it because the control system was hard to navigate.

Guests complained about the noise coming from the adjacent rooms due to the thin wall design of the rooms. Other noises such as television and music can also be heard, which automatically disrupts guests' sleep.
