The hotel offers you magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and sunsets should weather permit. Guests say the views were awesome and it was really cool to be so close to the beach as well.

You can see everything Seaside has to offer when you stay at this hotel. The property is connected to the promenade that runs up and down the beach and stops at many places of interest. Broadway, the Seaside Aquarium and Seaside Civic and Convention Center can be reached in ten minutes or less on foot.

All rooms at the hotel come with a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker while certain rooms have a full kitchenette. Guests say these amenities added to the convenience of staying at the property.

The hotel's staff can come off as a bit rude at times according to guests who say they were not very warm during interactions. Visitors add the front desk staff also had some issues answering questions and dealing with issues.

Guests point out some of the rooms at the hotel were very small and made for an uncomfortable stay. There are several room types at the hotel including much large ones.
