Solid accommodation, close to local attractions
Guests were pleased to find that this Best Western location offered good, solid accommodation. Overall, the rooms here were clean and tidy, but the main draw was this property’s location. Set right off of the interstate, this hotel proved to be a hit with those looking for good access to the region’s Civil War battlefield sites as well as Hershey Park.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Mold and mildew
While room surfaces were clean, there were multiple reports here of mold and mildew in guest units. This seemed to be especially prevalent in this property’s bathrooms, with many noting crumbling tub walls in urgent need of repair. Additionally, some felt that the carpets here are very dirty and are in need of a deep clean.
negative:
Smoky smells in rooms
Old smoky odors were also a consistent issue at this Best Western location. Some guests reported having to change rooms multiple times after finding that their non-smoking accommodation smelt very strongly of smoke.
negative:
Reports of uncooperative management
While the reception team here was notable for their friendliness, a number of past guests reported that, when a real problem did arise, some members of the management team were unsympathetic and even hostile. This had an unpleasant impact on a number of stays.
