Some guests are quite disappointed with the noise coming from the other rooms due to the thin wall structure of the hotel. Guests can also hear people laughing and screaming, as well as the loud footsteps and elevator noise, which made it hard for the guests to get some proper rest especially at night.

Most guests are not impressed with the design or interior of the bathrooms. Instead of using normal soap bars and shampoo bottles, they are alternatively placed inside dispensers that are quite uncomfortable for some guests. Moreover, some light bulbs are also not working and the tissue papers are made out of poor quality material.
