Not only is the staff helpful, they're also very welcoming because they often greet their guests whenever they see them. Whether it's the front desk, the maintenance crews or housekeepers, everyone makes sure their guests are acknowledged and treated respectfully.

Guests remarked that the hotel isn't far from the main roads and highways that take you to the points of interest in Jacksonville. Others mentioned that it's also a nice place for an overnight stay. There's no need to run around searching for amenities since it's close to restaurants, shopping and convenience stores.

Some guests remarked that they like the size of the rooms and the fact they are rather well cared for and cleanly. While it's not a brand-new hotel, visitors said they still felt the property is well-maintained and pleasant.
