The free parking offered by the hotel is a welcome extra that many guests have found to be very helpful.

On the whole guests enjoy the breakfast here. They offer a standard continental buffet as well as espresso from the coffee machine. The pancake maker provides some fun for the kids too.

A common report is that the rooms don't quite meet the expectation guests have based on the star rating and website photos. Maintenance is an issue in many of the rooms and they could also be cleaner, particularly the bathrooms and bed linens.

If you're looking somewhere right in the centre of the city with Florence's famous attractions on your doorstep then this may not be the best choice for you.  While there is a bus service it's worth bearing in mind that it will be an extra cost to consider.

Several guests have commented that in the summer months there are a lot of mosquitos in the hotel which could be addressed by closing the doors and putting in insect screens. People have also be left underwhelmed by the quality of the Wi-Fi connection.
