Hotel Best Western Pine Tree Motel (Chino, USA)

Guests appreciated the clean, cozy and well-appointed rooms. The beds were comfortable and they were also happy with the complimentary bottle of water placed in their room every day. They also enjoyed the garden views and the fresh air offered by the patios. Guests appreciated the decent Wi-Fi access in the rooms. They loved the large bathrooms with windows, which gave a nice cross breeze through the room. The towels in the bathrooms were also soft and fluffy.

Guests spoke highly of the location of the motel, which was right off the freeway and also in close proximity to several restaurants, grocery stores, gas station and Starbucks. The spacious, landscaped grounds were well kept. They found the pool and patio area to be clean. Guests could park their vehicles right outside their rooms, which was convenient.

Guests felt the rooms were reasonably priced. Though not luxurious, it was perfect for their needs. They appreciated the pleasant, courteous and professional staff. The work of the housekeeping staff was also appreciated. Guests liked the breakfast with hot biscuits, hot oatmeal, cinnamon and raisin bread, boiled eggs, cereals, toast and pancakes.

Guests found the Wi-Fi to be reasonably good, but they did not like the idea of signing into the Internet if the device was not used continuously.

Many guests felt that the rooms including the bathrooms are in urgent need of an update.

Some guests felt that smokers must be kept away from the breakfast area.
