The hotel is very well-placed with just 10 minutes from King's Island Park and easy on/off from highway. It is in close proximity to excellent restaurants, convenience stores and other tourist spots nearby. Various businesses are located around the hotel like Siemens and P&G making it a good stay for business as well as family travelers.
Guests loved the breakfast which had a good selection featuring hot items like eggs, sausage, pancakes, gravy and biscuits and other typical breakfast bar items. The staff was keeping things refilled.
The hotel provides good value for money and facilities provided are quite nice. The rooms & lobby are very clean and nicely decorated, relaxing indoor pool & spa tub, amazing breakfast along with good customer service makes it a good place to stay.
A few guests felt that the bathrooms are quite small in size and reported some minor issues like sink is placed outside in bedroom, less water pressure in shower and sink, shower head is small and had rust around it. However, such issues did not make much difference to the overall stay experience.
Few guests complained about the bugs in the room and in the hotel. Guests were unhappy about waking up next morning with bugbites.
Overall the stay has been pleasant for majority of guests but there have been complaints about the cigarette smoke smell in rooms and the lobby.
