Hotel Best Western Los Alamitos Inn & Suites (Los Alamitos, USA)

The awesome  location of the hotel makes it a big hit as it provides the guests an easy freeway access to various entertainment destinationse.g. Disneyland, Long Beach and a lot more, allowing them to have thrilling experiences throughout their stay.

The rooms at the hotel have been found to be immaculate, featuring comfortable beds, neat linens/towels, nice ambience and other great facilities. According to the guests, the rooms are tastefully decorated and very well maintained.

The entire staff at the hotel has been found to be exceptionally professional, courteous and friendly. According to guests, the staff members have very good interpersonal skills. They are not only attentive but also very responsive to any request/need of the guests.

The parking lot of the hotel has been reported to be bit cramped. The parking spaces were very narrow and the rows were closer to each other which made it challenging for the guests to take their cars out of the parking lot without hitting the other cars.

The next door biker shop played loud music throughout the day up until late in the night which was disturbing to the guests. The discomfort and lack of sound sleep left some of the guests irritated.

Guests  complained about the state of the bathroom citing cases of  hair, dirt and remains from the previous guests, leaving the new guests quite annoyed.
