Hotel Best Western Inn & Suites (New Braunfels, USA)

Best Western Inn & Suites is a perfect location for weekend getaway. With easy interstate access, guests can easily commute to various area attractions. Guests can just go for a water sports activity at Guadalupe & Comal Rivers, two miles from the hotel or may cool off at Guadalupe River or explore Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

The helpful and pleasant staff is very accommodating and with pleasing disposition. From the reception staff to the breakfast staff, everyone was nice and took great care in making sure everything is good.

Guests really liked the breakfast at Best Western Inn & Suites offering a good selection of items along with fresh and well-cooked meals. You may devour a variety of cuisines, as there are many good restaurants, bistros and cafes located within walking distance.

There is no elevator at the hotel, which means walking up to the room upstairs even with your luggage. Guests were not really about this missing feature at the hotel.

No room safe, leaking walls & ceiling, cracked tub in the bathroom, damp smell in rooms and unclean carpet are some of the minor issues highlighted by guests.

Many guests reported that the room was not as clean and there was dirt and dust on the lamps, carpet and floor. The pillow covers were also not clean and had hair on it as reported by few guests. Scope of improvement is there in the cleanliness department.
