negative:
The walls are thin
The walls and ceilings at Best Western Hendersonville Inn are rather thin and this can make for a noisy stay, as you can hear the goings on in the room next door and the sound of footsteps above your head. In addition, traffic from I 26 may keep you awake at night.
negative:
There are no elevators
This pet-friendly hotel is spread out over three floors and doesn't have elevators, which could prove inconvenient to those with low mobility or a lot of luggage in tow. There are ground floor accommodations available, so be sure to request one if you have trouble with stairs.
negative:
Some rooms smell like smoke
Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking property, some guests complained of their rooms smelling like stale, second-hand smoke.
