Guests seemed to love the hotel's location for all sorts of different reasons. They liked that it was just off the I-69, making it easy to find and easy to quickly get to and from their destinations. They also mentioned that there were loads of shopping and dining options to choose from in the area, ensuring they would never have to travel far to get the necessities of life.

Despite the hotel's location, right by an interstate, there were no real complaints about noise to be found. On the contrary, quite a few guests remarked how quiet their rooms were, allowing them to get in a good night's sleep.

While not mentioned very often, a few guests did highlight the fact that the hotel's parking lot seemed big enough to accommodate all guests cars, even when the hotel was busy.

It seems that the hotel's buyers did not quite get it right when purchasing the mattresses. There were precious few compliments and many, many complaints they were just too uncomfortable to allow them to get a good night's sleep.

This was mentioned a surprising number of times. It seems it wasn't necessarily the water that guests were saying was too warm, but the entire indoor pool area. It seemed a bit like a sauna to many and this wasn't conducive to getting in a refreshing and invigorating swim.

While the offences didn't seem very significant, guests felt the small problems that repeated themselves showed a lack of attention to details that they expected to be present.
