This hotel takes pride in its hardworking staff that keeps the establishment clean and well-maintained. From the grounds and the lobby to the hallways and the individual rooms, all facilities are spotless clean and polished according to many guests.

Best Western Chincoteague Island is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, which is a big plus for guests who want to unwind and do something outdoors. Because of its location, guests also have a marvelous view of the body of water from their window. Thus, make sure to request for a beach view when you make a reservation.

It may be advisable to bring a bug spray or mosquito repellent lotion before coming here. There are mosquitoes on the hotel grounds according to guests, and some might even enter your room.

There are only four tables in the dining area, which was not enough for all the guests who want to enjoy their free breakfast. Moreover, some of the guests who were fortunate enough to have a table complained that it was hard to move around the cramped area. There are various eating spots outside the hotel where you can dine alternatively, though.

Some guests complained about the unstable water pressure in the bathroom. When you experience this, call front desk and they will send a maintenance staff to fix the equipment, or just transfer you to a room where the showering facilities are excellently working.
