Negative Reviews
negative:
There are no elevators
Best Western Campbellsville Lodge does not have an elevator which could prove problematic for those with low mobility or a lot of luggage in tow. There are ground floor accommodations available so be sure to request one if you have trouble with stairs.
negative:
The walls are thin
The walls and ceilings are rather thin, as are the connecting doors between guest rooms. This can make for a noisy stay, as you can hear the goings on in the room next door and the sound of footsteps above your head.
negative:
Some rooms smell like smoke
This hotel offers smoking and non-smoking rooms but sometimes, even though you requested non-smoking accommodations, you may end up in a room that has the lingering smell of stale smoke. If you encounter this and it bothers you, be sure to ask for alternate accommodations.
