positive:
Friendly, hospitable staff
The staff will take great care of you, doing whatever they can to accommodate your needs and provide for any special requests. They're also knowledgeable about the area, and they can help find the best places to eat in the neighbourhood. They should also advise against overpriced places that cater to tourists.

Perfect, central location
Right in the middle of just about everything you could want to do in Rome, this hotel sits within walking distance of all the major sights in the city, except the Coliseum. Plus, there are plenty of small cafes, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Tiny reception area
The reception area is only large enough for one person. If you need to wait to check in, you will do so in the hall.
negative:
Cramped halls and elevator
The halls are narrow, which could be problematic if you have a large party or large luggage. In addition, the elevator is old and only large enough to accommodate one person and one piece of luggage at a time.
negative:
No breakfast provided
The hotel does not provide any breakfast, continental or otherwise. You'll need to bring your own snacks to break your fast, or you'll have find a nearby cafe. Fortunately, the helpful staff will be happy to point you in the right direction.
