One of the biggest assets of the property is the location. It is within walking distance of the beach, the Heavenly Village and all the casinos. Anything that's worth seeing or doing in the area is very close by, which makes it a good choice for visitors to stay in.

The Wi-Fi signal here is unreliable and is sometimes very weak, which could be a major problem for those for whom Internet connectivity is vital.

There are some self-catering facilities (refrigerator, microwave) present in the room. However, some of the guests have expressed disappointment that certain, essential items are not provided here. There is no coffeemaker supplied for guests' use and no hair dryer either.

The rooms are clean, but look dated. They also look worn out and there are a lot of fixtures and fittings that need to be replaced.
