LTI– Berlin Green Park Hotel is newly built and sits on a hill, at a quiet place in the park. The hotel overlooks the Black Sea coast and from the upper floors there is a panoramic sea view. The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from the beach and the yacht port. This modern hotel complex has 216 standard and family rooms, studios and apartments with sea- or park-view, situated on 6 floors. All hotel rooms are well equipped with modern amenities: air-conditioning, direct dial telephone, safe and mini bar, SAT-TV, hairdryer, black-out curtains, shower and balcony. Studios have a lounge area with the possibility to accommodate of a third or fourth person. Apartments have an extra living room/bedroom for a third or fourth person.
