Hotel Bendesa Accommodation (Kuta, Indonesia)

Guests were happy to have the breakfast included in their rate of stay and mentioned it was filling and tasty. The restaurant's food was also not expensive and was of good quality, so guests could enjoy a meal without having to leave the hotel.

The hotel is said to be clean and comfortable by guests who enjoyed staying in this positive environment. They were happy to pay for a place that had simple yet well taken care of grounds, such as the gardens and outdoor swimming pool.

The hotel's location is said to be ideal by guests who were in the heart of Kuta and therefore near the shops, restaurants and beach area. Guests were able to explore the area with ease and head back to the hotel when they needed to rest and relax.

Guests would have preferred to have the option of free Wi-Fi in their rooms. They found it difficult to access the Internet in the common areas as well, so it was not easy to use the Wi-Fi overall.

The hotel was said to be a bit outdated by guests who stayed here. The water temperature did not work well, the furnishings were not new but rather overused, and the walls were not insulated at all.

Guests who received rooms that were located in the back areas of the hotel, did not like how their rooms were set. There was no natural lighting, no nice views and no glass windows. The toiletries were also not provided to these rooms.
