Great Way to See Venice
This hotel is located close to so many attractions that it is worth it to stay there just for that reason. Guests loved that they could walk out of the front door and in a few minutes time be seeing some of the great sights in the city.

Italian Charm
Each room is decorated in a Venetian Style, with clothed wallpaper, luxurious beds, and rich colours and textures in the furnishings. Guests were particularly complimentary of the en-suite extras and the Murano glass.

Lovely Way to Start, or End Your Day
The Belle Arti has the most idyllic outdoor patio area, where guests can start their day with one of the best cups of coffee you'll ever taste. Or, you can opt to end your day with a glass of wine or beer on the patio, courtesy of the hotel's small patio bar.

Beware Hidden Fees
Guests were routinely shocked upon checkout at all of the hidden fees that had accrued, such as the visitor's tax (which can increase daily), and the city taxes which could only be paid for in cash.
negative:
Untrained Staff
It was obvious to all of the guests staying at the hotel, that the staff were not fully trained when it came to customer service. Not only were they loathe to give directions, but they often walked right into guest's rooms in order to do housekeeping (even if the Do Not Disturb sign was out). All agree that more training would be advisable for this hotel's staff.
negative:
Quite Buggy
This hotel has been renovated, but apparent the bugs did not
get the memo as guests report bed bug bites on a routine basis. The mosquitoes
are a large problem, and the staff were disinterested in helping guests.
