    The rooms are found to be spacious and clean by most guests. They felt their accommodations were cleaned nicely on a daily basis and that the space provided was adequate to their needs.

    Poor Location out of Centre

    The hotel's location is found to be too far from Rome's centre. It is not near any major tourist attractions and guests had to take public transportation there which took about an hour each way. The public transportation itself was not easy to get to for some guests.

    Some guests were not impressed with the overall look of the hotel. They thought the look was on the old-fashioned side and too classic for their tastes. The amenities also reflected the run-down look of the hotel, because they either lacked or were not working.
