Comfortable rooms with a view
Guests liked the spacious studios and apartments, which sleep four to six, and all come with a balcony and a view of the turquoise ocean. They also appreciated the fact that the 2-bedroom units included two baths and that the rooms featured everything you might need throughout your stay such as air-conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, an iron, a TV, plenty of towels and a barbecue grill.
positive:
Professional staff
Guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful and quick to respond to special requests.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Limited front-desk services
Guests noted that the front desk is only staffed during certain daytime hours, which makes it difficult to get service during the night. Some guests who wanted to check out early in the morning noted that you'll have to leave the keys at the unguarded front desk, hoping that the staff would get them once they arrived.
negative:
Small pool
The pool is rather small and shallow, which would be ideal for children, but adults would be better off venturing to the ocean.
negative:
Parking situation
The hotel's parking lot is very small with spaces not quite large enough for an SUV. Guests also reported that even the 2-bedroom units sleeping six people are only authorized one parking spot.
