Bathrooms not separate from bedroom
While the design of the suites is very popular, some guests note that the bathrooms are not completely separate from the bedroom, with the toilet area being screened only. If privacy is important to you then these suites may not be the perfect choice.
negative:
Noise from the pool bar
The pool bar is a popular spot on an evening to enjoy music and drinks and some nights the music may go on longer. However, some guests have commented that the noise can last into the night, and in particular disturbs guests staying on higher floors.
negative:
Patchy Wi-Fi connection
Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss according to reports, and is said to work better in some parts of the hotel than others.
