The guest rooms at this hotel are clean and the sitting area gives you room to stretch out. Comfortable beds make for a good night's sleep and plenty of outlets make it easy for everyone to charge their devices at the same time.

This hotel is located next to Springfield's biggest shopping mall. This makes it easy to walk to a multitude of restaurants, bars, shops and a large movie theatre. Because the hotel is located ff of Highway 65, the property is easy to access which makes travelling to the tourist sites in this area a breeze.

The guest rooms could certainly use some TLC. Stained carpeting and bedding, as well as furnishings that are in disrepair, are among the things that need improvement and could put a damper on your stay.

Although this is a non-smoking hotel, the residual orour of smokers past still haunts many of the guest rooms. In addition, some rooms have a musty, damp aroma that is less than appealing.

You may be disturbed by the sound of voices coming from the next room, as the walls at this hotel are thin. You can also hear footsteps from your upstairs neighbours walking around as the ceilings are not well insulated either.
