All the staff members are very pleasant and professional. They always had a huge smile on their face and the willingness to help. Since the hotel is close to many places of shopping, it was a plus point for guests. They also had a wide selection of dining options with many restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. Not having to spend too much on travel and conveyance was appreciated by all guests.
The hotel is very economically priced and ideal for guests/backpackers looking for affordable stay in a convenient area. They had the basic amenities for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of hot water and the beds were very comfortable.
Air conditioner was not effective at all and it got very hot at night. Guests could not open the windows because of the traffic noise outside the room.
