Good Facilities at Reasonable Price
Guests liked the on-site casino, indoor pool and hot tub at Vista Inn & Suites. The mini casino offers guests live entertainment on weekends along with casino gaming. The heated pool and whirlpool is nice and big enough with good facilities.

Vista Inn & Suites provides budget accommodation and the facilities are good with pool and casino on-site. Good for a stopover for a night or two. Free Wi-Fi, Flat panel TV, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in every room make for a decent stay.

Improvements in Room and Bathroom
The telephone was not working, electric socket were loose and TV were faulty and in need of repair. A few guests reported that window was jammed, furniture a little dated, floors need a clean-up, bath light not working etc. A damp smell in the room was also reported by guests. The décor is also a little dated and needs refurbishment.

Poor Customer Service
Guests were disappointed with the customer service and unfriendly staff at the hotel. Guests reported that they did not receive any help from the hotel staff when asked for extra blankets or to change the stained bedsheets and sweaty pillows.

The breakfast at the hotel is just very average and left the guests highly disappointed. Guests felt that the options are limited and even the quality of breakfast was not good from coffee to donuts.
