Conveniently pet-friendly
Those travelers who are on vacation with their pets have commented on the convenience of the room set-up at Fairfield Inn Dayton North. The pet-friendly rooms are on the ground floor, and there are doors that open up directly to the outside. Most guests appreciated the ease of access to the outdoors.

Almost all visitors who had to deal with the front desk commented on the friendly nature and excellent attitude of the staff. Whether you have issues in your room and need to change rooms, it's no problem for them. Visitors gave said you don't feel like a nuisance when you have a request for the front desk.

If you are looking for a spacious well-kept room, then Fairfield Inn Dayton North should do the trick. Most guests commented that the rooms were spotlessly clean, the linens were freshly laundered, and house-keeping did an excellent job of keeping up the high standards.

A few maintenance issues
There have been several comments regarding faulty air-conditioning units blowing either hot or cold air, while other guests complained about broken TV sets. There were also a number of complaints about light bulbs not working. Nonetheless those guests who approached the front desk were attended to pretty quickly.

Many visitors felt that the decor in the rooms was old and tatty, while the furnishings and fittings were also looking a bit long in the tooth. This is one of the older Marriott Hotels and visitors have suggested an update would be beneficial.

Noisy close to Interstate
Those travelers who were given rooms close by to the Interstate complained about their sleep being disturbed during the night. Guests said it felt like the large trucks were going straight through the room. Luckily there are ear plugs available at reception.
