Guests loved being just a short walk away from the Munich Central Train Station, in a great central city spot just by Karlzplatz; reportedly well-placed for accessing old town attractions like Marienplatz, as well a wide range of shopping, dining and the Hofbräuhaus or Oktoberfest grounds for the beer-minded. Guests also mentioned that handy bus connections to the airport were available from the station.

Those who stayed at Bayers mentioned that the staff on reception proved to be professional and personable, helping with anything from tourist information to supplying plug adaptors.

The rooms here are said to be clean, modern and spacious, with very comfy beds and a good standard of air conditioning to boot. For this reason, some guests mentioned that they found them to offer great value for Munich.

While a few of those who stayed were disappointed to find that no breakfast or other dining was available on site, the buffet breakfast offered in a nearby hotel was nevertheless thought to be good by those who headed there instead.

A decent level of noise was reported by those Bayers guests who had rooms facing the street — so a few people recommended that you might like to bring earplugs, or ask for a room facing in another direction.

Those who drove to the hotel sometimes said it was hard to drop off luggage due to the tram line in front of the hotel. On top of this, a few people said parking also a little hard to find.
