According to guests, the property is not very far from the Atlantic City centre. It is also very near the beach, just a ten-minute walk away. The neighbourhood where the establishment is located is quiet and peaceful. Moreover, a bus stop is just right in front of the establishment.

The service in this property is none like any other, as expressed by guests. Staffs will not make you feel as guests, but as a family. They accommodated the previous guests' needs. In addition, not only are they friendly, they also provide prompt and efficient service.

Among the complaints about the shower is that the water temperature is not warm for bathing, or that the water has a very weak pressure. Some even reported that the shower itself was broken, and that they had to call a maintenance staff to use the facility efficiently.

Many guests experienced entering their rooms and finding no microwave, fridge, or kettle, which are all advertised as rooms' amenities. Those who had reported to the front desk were transferred to a different room, or were delivered with the amenities they required.
