As mentioned in most of the reviews, guests are impressed with the clean granite counters, functional appliances, and useful plates & utensils in the kitchens. These well-functioning amenities let guests cook their own meals and enabled them to save money in the process.

Aside from doing a great job in welcoming the guests, Bay Meadows Resort's receptionists are efficient in responding to the guests' needs. The manager is also willing to provide information about local eateries and fun activities to do around the town according to some guests.

Despite having a fair size, some guests were not satisfied with the bathrooms because the water was freezing cold and the heaters were not working during cold seasons. If you encounter this problem, report it to the front desk staff and they will send a technician as soon as possible.

Some of the lodges seem to have thin walls as guests reported hearing noise or loud conversations from the next room. There are also times when stomping noise can be heard from the hallways.

The closets might not be very spacious, but they are clean and free from bad odors according to guests. Furthermore, the housekeepers can also provide additional hangers upon request.
