It has 66 rooms in total, as well as air conditioning, a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facility and lift access. A bar, TV room, restaurant and room and laundry services (the latter subject to fees) also feature. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.The Banu features 116 hotel rooms located in 2 blocks all furnished and decorated to ensure comfort and space, and are fully equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air-conditioning/climate control, safety deposit box (local charges).  Family rooms also have a kitchenette with cooking rings and a fridge, and enjoy a furnished balcony.   Air conditioning is 5 GBP per day payable locally.
