Great location. This inviting family-friendly Banff condo complex is within 3 mi of Banff National Park Information Centre, Banff Park Museum, Banff Lake Louise Tourism Bureau, the Canadian Ski Museum West, and Canada House Gallery. A free shuttle provides transportation to ski lifts and downtown Banff.

Guests describe the condo complex as well-maintained in excellent repair with all areas nicely decorated, bright, cheerful, and inviting. All public areas are tidy and well organized, guest rooms are clean and comfortable with premium bedding, luxury linens and spacious bathrooms.

Guests have commented that the property is located at some distance from the main part of the town, making it necessary to drive to local attractions and points of interest. Guest remark that the hotel's location did not detract from their enjoyment of the resort as there is a free shuttle that runs past the property every hour.

While most guest comment that they rested well, some guests have complained of bumpy beds and have remarked that it is time for the mattresses to be replaced.

Guests comment that on a warm day, air conditioning would be an appreciated amenity. However, a lack of air conditioning did not detract from guest enjoyment of the property as the windows open and the resort kindly provided fans.
