The resort is located right in front of Mare Tumbo Beach, allowing guests to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and the cool blue waters. This made the resort a perfect place to stay for the guests' ideal tropical getaway.

Most guests expressed that the atmosphere of the resort is serene and laid-back. It is perfect for those guests who are tired of the city's hustle and bustle, and just want to relax and have fun. This allowed them to spend quality time with their friends and family whom they are traveling with.

Guests found the service to be exemplary in all aspects! The staffs are very hospitable, and they never fail to be of assistance to the guests. Even on special occasions, they are very cooperative, especially during birthday surprises and weddings.

Although Wi-Fi access is available for free, guests noted that the Internet signal is slow and unreliable. This caused problems, particularly for those who need to constantly go online to attend to important matters and to check on their businesses back home.

One of the complaints of the guests is that, although the resort is far from the noise, it is also a bit too far from the downtown area. The location was quite inconvenient, especially for those who wish to explore the downtown area.

All of the rooms are fully air-conditioned. This makes it convenient for guests because it can get very warm in San Pedro. However, there were instances wherein guests had to ask for a room transfer because the air conditioning did not work.
