Hotel Baco (Seville, Spain)

Guests were glad that they stayed at Baco, and felt that they received great value. For a comparably affordable rate, they were given well-appointed rooms, a comfortable bed, consistent hot water, and free breakfast. Add to this some top-notch housekeeping with spotless rooms and a great location, and what more could you ask for?

Hotel personnel were found to have positive attitudes and winning personalities. Guests enjoyed interacting with staff, and felt that great customer service was a main highlight of their visit.

Large parties enjoyed socialising on the rooftop patio, and felt that it was perfect for couples travelling together. Some guests also appreciated rooms that were configured for single travellers sharing one room.

From time to time, guests complained of noise in the hallways. It seems that sound can travel at this hotel, with its high ceilings and marble staircases that accentuated footsteps, housekeeping cleaning carts, and general traffic from other guests.

Depending which room you reserve, you may find that space is at a premium. Some guests were disappointed with claustrophobic rooms that they compared to a closet. On the other hand, some guests felt that space was more than adequate, so you may want to inquire about the actual room size.

While guests were satisfied with hotel staff in general, they weren't satisfied with staff that wasn't always present. Unfortunately, some guests reported that this hotel shares staff with a sister hotel, and that front desk staff travel back and forth between the two properties. Despite the advertised 24-hour front desk, guests occasionally reported having to wait for inquiries or to check-in.
