Many guests note that front desk receptionists are accommodating and friendly, and that staff goes out of their way to cater guest needs. Others appreciate the fact that everyone is multilingual and helpful, particularly as it relates to arranging for transportation and making suggestions about things to see and do.

Most guests love that the private beach area is peaceful and secluded.  Others like that there is Wi-Fi in both the rooms and public areas, and that the pool area is well maintained and quiet.  Some are quick to point out that rooms are spacious and accommodating, and that the restaurant offers breathtaking views, regardless of the time of day or night.

While most guests comment that being able to walk to the private beach is one of the best parts about staying here, others appreciate the fact that the property is located near plenty of shopping, but not directly in the heart of Chaweng Beach, which is usually noisy and crowded.

A handful of guests wish there were more options for breakfast, but are quick to point out that the food is inexpensive and the quality superb.

Some guests feel that the room amenities could be better, citing the fact that the beds are somewhat hard, the water temperature is often low and the toilets are sometimes hard to flush.

Some guests say that garden rooms receive little to no sunlight and that connecting to Wi-Fi can be challenging.
