The bathroom floors do not have strands of hair and the walls do not have markings according to the guests. Most of the time, there is hot water with great pressure from the showers. In addition, the toiletries have good qualities and are replenished quickly.

The receptionists are friendly and enthusiastic. All members of the staff showed their concern but not up to the point where they invaded the guests' privacy. The security guard worked hard all night to make the place totally safe. Furthermore, most guests praised the owner for treating them like family and giving clear directions.

Baan Kaew Ruen Kwan has a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which let the guests sleep deeply. Many travellers also admired the effective sound isolation system in each room that made the internal noise negligible.

Due to the absence of a lift, guests have to take the stairs upon going to the upper floor. Those who had big luggage though, were offered help from the helpful staff members.

The hotel might not be close to the centre of Pattaya, but when riding a taxi or motorbike, it was not that far. Thus, you are advised to prepare for the transportation expenses. However, some guests noted that there were instances when the manager took them to the city centre.

Guests who were sensitive to cold temperatures were not that happy with the not so thick sheets and blankets. Some guests even had to use their towels as additional covers.
