Hotel Ayenda Frida Costa Azul (Mexico City, Mexico)

The rooms were clean and comfortable by guests who stayed here. The daily housekeeping service did a good job of keeping the rooms clean. Although, not modern, the rooms were cosy enough for a nice stay.

The hotel's location is in central Mexico, about a ten minute walk from the famous Zocalo square. The metro and bus stops were within walking distance, and there were various eateries and bars close by as well.

The rooms were found to be a good value by guests. They enjoyed the central location, the friendly staff and the clean rooms that they stayed in. The rooms were comfortable and the basics were met nicely for a good stay. The price paid was definitely worth it.

Guests who had rooms facing the street found that the noise was not easy to ignore. The traffic noise could be really annoying and it was hard to ignore. They would have liked the hotel to have some kind of soundproofing.

Guests found it hard to communicate with staff members since their English-speaking skills were not good. They were not able to communicate with them efficiently which was frustrating. They would expect at least one person to speak English since it is a hotel.

The Wi-Fi was found to be poor and unreliable by guests who stayed here. They would have liked to have a reliable Internet to use for leisure, touristic or work purposes.
