Expect to be impressed by the service at this hotel. Guests say despite the occasional, though rare, language barrier, the staff was always more than friendly and welcoming. They’re always happy to help and tend to be very accommodating. If you’re unfamiliar with the city, don’t worry. The staff is quite knowledgeable and will gladly orient you around and give you great recommendations.

Don’t miss out on the complimentary breakfast. Guests really liked the varied and tasty buffet selection, as well as the custom-made omelettes.

The rooms are reported to be small in size, but well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests especially appreciated the personal in-room safe, and the convenience of a mini-fridge. In addition, the free Wi-Fi is said to be surprisingly fast and reliable, so you don’t have to worry about staying out of touch.

Though guests did not report having any problems, both the hotel staff and guests say it’s important to be wary and use street smarts when walking in the neighbourhood.  Overall, the hotel is situated in a safe area and there are two major streets very close by. However, guests may find themselves feeling uncomfortable after dark. Taxis are readily available throughout the city and can be an option if you want to avoid walking home in the evening.

If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to avoid the front rooms, as they tend to be a bit noisy due to the street traffic outside. Loud neighbours can also be a problem.
