Positive Reviews
positive:
Staff to assist with everything.
Guests will find that although there are different members of staff, allocated different jobs, any staff member will jump to assist with any request one may have. Security staff has even assisted with bringing extra blankets to guests when other members of staff have been a little busy.
positive:
Bright and bubbly.
When ordering room service, guests will not only find the meal portions large and a great value for money, but the room service attendants provide a unique service on their own. These staff members are engaging, bright, and bubbly, making the mundane task of serving food, a positive one!
positive:
Any numbers welcome!
The rooms all provide for different sized groups of guests, whether they be a single traveler, a group, or a family. The rooms are spacious, so as not to cramp guests together, but to allow room to spread oneself out.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking problems.
There is unfortunately no onsite parking, but parking is provided in a nearby lot for Holiday Inn Express St. Louis guests. Guests will find the process of getting one's parking validated to be on the frustrating side. Guests checking in, and guests validating their parking tickets stand in the same queue, which causes a backlog for both.
negative:
A/C control out of hand.
The air conditioning units in each room are not controllable by guests in their room. Once the unit has been switched on, guests will have to call the front desk to have any adjustments made, or to have the unit turned off.
negative:
Room without a view.
Each room faces inwards, opening up onto a big hall, and that is what guests will have a view of for the duration of their stay. Guests looking to get rooms with a view of the outside world will be disappointed upon arrival.
