Guests commend the positive attitude of the owners. They went the extra mile to make sure guests were having a pleasant stay. Furthermore, they were very warm, friendly, and helpful and made useful recommendations for great tourists' spots within the area, gracefully answered all the questions of the guests, and had good communication skills.

Due to its nearness to major establishments such as Old Quebec tourist spots, shopping areas, Carnaval, and city centre, most guests are able to maximise their stay. Guests have enjoyed travelling within the area, try out famous restaurants, and visit historic sites easily.

Most guests were impressed with the high quality material and texture of the beds provided at the property. They were extremely comfortable and the pillows provided were soft and sufficient in size. As a result, guests had a relaxing stay.

Previous guests were disappointed with the lack of enough parking spaces provided on-site. There were only two free parking spots provided for guests and were mostly occupied. Therefore, guests had no choice but to wait for an available park space at the streets.

Most guests complained about the loud noise coming from the people at the floors above or the next door especially during wee hours. They were also disturbed by the loud footsteps from upstairs do the wooden structure of the flooring. Thus, guests are advised to wear earplugs for comfort.

Guests were uncomfortable with the lack of an air-conditioning unit provided inside the rooms. They had no choice but to open the windows, or be contented with the fan provided for the guests.
