Positive Reviews
positive:
Vibrant city on doorstep
Guests enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings of the Atlas Hotel, and even the rooms and dining hall are serene, however they absolutely love the fact that the centre of town is just five minutes away, where the restaurants are plentiful, and the night life is unforgettable.
positive:
Fantastic Wi-Fi
Those visitors who do seem to do quite a bit of travelling are used to the fact that Wi-Fi is usually not all that great in hotels, however there seems to be a really strong connection at this hotel, according to guests. They are able to log on and complete a project without worrying about losing the signal.
positive:
Staff are so special
These staff have been complimented by many visitors for their excellent service levels to each one of their guests. One guest who had an emergency flight to catch early in the morning even had a cab called for him by the caring receptionist in the middle of the night.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms a little small
Some travellers felt that the rooms were quite a bit smaller than they were expecting, especially for families. Regardless, most visitors spent less time in the rooms and more time exploring the many local attractions. By the end of the vacation most guests reported having had a great time.
negative:
Noisy neighbours
If you are looking to have a really quiet vacation, and spend a fair amount of time in your room, then you should request a room at the end of the hallway. Guests have complained about the walls being thin, and you could just overhear your next door neighbours' conversation.
negative:
Cleanliness issues
There have been quite a few reports of areas of the Atlas Hotel being left dirty. Housekeeping have also been asked to clean some rooms all over again, as they were done really quickly and the job was not completed properly at all.
