Heated outdoor pool with lovely city views
Most guests especially the kids were extremely pleased with the heated salt-water swimming pool that also offers great view of the city. There were also sufficient number of chairs and picnic tables and the pool was clean and had the right temperature.

Aside from being helpful and friendly, most guests admired the quality assistance of hotel personnel. They were very informative, knowledgeable and were more than willing to provide useful tips and suggestions even maps to help guests with their trips.

Guests expressed that the hotel's location is perfect! It is in close proximity to downtown Bar Harbour, Acadia National Park, and Frenchman's Bay, so most guests were able to explore these major tourists' spots easily.

Slow Wi-Fi access within the hotel
Previous guests were disappointed with the weak and unstable Wi-Fi within the hotel. Signal was spotty and was really bad so most guests had difficulty connecting to the Internet especially inside the rooms.

Basic breakfast options
Most guests speak poorly about the average breakfast food served daily. They were also disappointed with the use of inexpensive plastic wares and cutlery for serving. The food includes pastries which were not freshly baked, cereals, fruits which were not freshly served, and were mostly carbohydrates.

Rooms need some serious refurbishments
Aside from being basic and plain, the rooms were also quite outdated and worn out according to most guests. The wooden furniture, decorations, and overall design of the rooms were old. Guests also added that the floors were already peeling and carpets needed to be replaced.
