Despite their struggle with the English language, most guests commended the high quality assistance of the staff such as the front desk personnel who was very welcoming. The housekeeping team also made sure every room was clean, and the luggage assistance team was more than willing to lend a helping hand. They went beyond the extra mile to help the needs of the guests and were consistent with maintaining overall positive attitude towards guests.

Most guests were impressed with the hotel's actual location which was safe to visit even at night. The hotel is also near plenty of stores, restaurants, major tourist destinations such as Laureles Park, and transportation systems.

Guests appreciated the overall quality of the breakfast. Foods were freshly cooked and prepared which includes eggs, toasts, and fresh fruits. The menu had great quality and was appreciated even by tourists due to its extensive serving and options.

Most guests were disappointed with the lack of enough hot water available within the hotel. The water was inconsistent and was unreliable for it was sometimes scorching hot but most of the time, no hot water was available at all.

Due to the weak and unstable Wi-Fi especially inside the rooms, most guests were not able to fully enjoy their stay. The Internet signal was irregular and was not working most of the time which lasted for a few days.

There are no air-conditioning units available inside some rooms. Although there were fans provided, they were not enough to cool the whole place especially during a hot afternoon so most guests felt like they were in a sauna or steam rooms.
