Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms Need an Update
Rooms are in desperate need of an update. Guests say you'll find flat pillows and no blackout curtains, which means outside light illuminates your room while you're trying to sleep. Amenities, including the plumbing and toilets, are outdated. There is no air conditioning either. Overall, guests say rooms lack a wow factor.
negative:
Noisy Neighbour Issues
Guests say it's difficult to get away from noisy neighbours, and it's a complete luck of the draw on whom your near. You're likely to hear those below you through the floor. Walls are thin, so you'll hear your neighbours talking, as well as slamming doors. Bring earplugs.
