Hotel Asam (Munich, Germany)

Some guests were very happy to have a nice, comfortable bed to sleep on. The mattresses were found to be big and comfortable and guests slept well.

Most guests agreed the bathrooms were nice and modern. The bathrooms are also seen as spacious and with most of the bathroom fixtures they would expect. The fixtures were also in pretty good condition.

The hotel is within walking distance to various public transport stops that can take guests to man places in the city. It is also near a shopping area and near the Oktoberfest setting. Guests also found plenty of places to eat and drink while in their visit.

The furnishings were stained and worn out to the point that some guests did not want their children to sit on the floor and play. It was this dirty. It would have been nice to have nice furnishings and at least be in a room with clean surroundings.

Some guests complained the rooms were too hot or too cold. The room temperature could not be adjusted and the rooms became too hot to bear.

The Wi-Fi that is not offered as a free amenity was a surprising fact for guests who were expecting a free Internet connection. For those who did buy the Internet, they thought it was not worth the price to pay as it was slow and not worth the price. Most thought we are not in an age to be paying for this service.
