Art 'Otel is located in Sofia downtown, between Vitosha and Rakovski Boulevards. Since it is in downtown Sofia, the hotel is conveniently situated near all the sights and institutions and business centers in Sofia. Art 'Otel is situated in a refurbished building from the 1930s. The rooms and the suites are designed in different colours, each with a style of its own. In some of the rooms there are unusual shapes, sofas and even fireplaces. Paintings are hung everywhere, bringing the name of the hotel to reality. There are 7 classic rooms, 11 deluxe rooms, 1 tower room and 3 suites giving a total of 22 rooms.
