Hotel Appartamento Giardini (Venice, Italy)

The guesthouse is a classic and cosy Venetian house where guests felt at home. It was clean and kept clean throughout their stay, and the cleaning was done by nice housekeeping. The furnishings were not knew but were available.

The kitchen was found to be a nice addition for guests who stayed here. They were happy to have a place to cook their own meals since it was fully equipped for them to do so.

The guesthouse is in a central location near typical restaurants and bars for guests to eat and drink. They are also within walking distance from many of Venice's attractions, as well as being close to ferry stops. Guests can explore Venice without much effort.

Guests felt the ceilings of the house to be too low for them to walk comfortably in. They kept bumping their heads in the ceilings. The ceilings were too low for them to feel like they were in a nice place as they kept having to watch their step.

Guests did not enjoy having their accommodation in a level of the apartment that was the attic. They felt as though this part of the house was being used for guests but did not feel like a literal hotel.

Guests felt the hotel was in need to replace certain facilities such as air conditioning and lamps in order to make the place a bit brighter and modern. They did not like the dark and damp look of the guesthouse.
