Guests found the location to be centrally located and within easy walking distance to a variety of cafes, restaurants as bars as well as shopping areas such as Bourke Street Mall. Parliament Station is a few minutes' walk away and the apartments are also located within Melbourne's free tram zone so that attractions within the city are easily accessible.

The apartments were found to be modern in design and provided all the basic necessities including a fully equipped kitchen and entertainment system including digital channels. Many apartments also have great views of Melbourne's city.

The staff were described as friendly and helpful. On arrival you can expect staff to show you to your apartment and answer any questions you may have.

Guests warned that there is no formal lobby or reception area. If you arrive after hours you will need to arrange to meet staff members in order to pick up the keys. This arrangement has proved inconvenient for guests at times with telephone communication between being unreliable.

The apartments are individually furnished and it is not guaranteed that the apartment you book will match the photos advertised. Discrepancies reported by guests included that the kitchen area and living areas were configured differently and in some cases the living areas were much smaller than the photos indicated.

If you're looking to relax on the balcony with views of Melbourne, you may need to reconsider these apartments. While the apartments do feature a balcony, guests were disappointed to find that the balconies do not include chairs or a table and are big enough only to stand on.
