The apartments gave guests a spacious feeling when they entered their accommodations. They were happy to have their own true space and a feeling of home. There are also basic amenities that are needed for a stay including TVs and DVD players.

Many guests were looking to find a place to cook and were happy to have a nice kitchenette to cook their meals in. It is a feeling of independence that guests can't get with normal hotel rooms. Cooking in the apartments also saves money.

The guests were very happy with the ideal location the hotel is from the many tourist attractions the city has. There was also supermarkets, shopping centres and public transportation within easy reach. Each day could be comfortable for exploring.

Some guests were not happy that they stayed at the apartments and were not given various objects that were needed during their stay. Some guests did not get their dishwashing tablets, towels, sheets were not replaced frequently even if guests stayed longer than two days.

Some guests felt that the curtains on the windows were too light to block the sunlight from the rooms, and they were not able to sleep correctly, especially during the daytime. They would have preferred a thicker curtain to block sunlight.
