Hotel Apartamentos Miami Gran Canaria (Puerto Rico, Spain)

Guests really seemed to appreciate the location of Miami Apartments. It was described as very close to both the town and beach and, unlike much of Puerto Rico, these could be reached without a lot of hill climbing. To guests it was perfect since they could spend the day on the beach, and the night at one of the nearby bars.

Guests seemed a bit surprised to find that the apartments were exceptionally well equipped, especially the kitchens. They felt that the owners had thought of everything they would need and actually supplied it. They found it very refreshing.

Again and again guests mentioned just how clean their apartments were when they moved in. They were very impressed with the abilities of the housekeeping team.

Quite a number of guests mentioned that, while the location is very convenient, the price to pay was being on a busy road. The balconies were said to overlook the road, and if the doors were left open there'd be quite a lot of noise drifting in, night and day.

This complaint came up a surprising number of times. While guests certainly were not on Gran Canaria to watch TV, there were times when they would have liked to relax in front of the screen. Unfortunately there was only one English station to watch, which guest found odd considering the number of British guests.

While Wi-Fi was available in the reception, which was described as pretty good, guests mentioned that there was no access from the rooms. This may have forced them out of their rooms into the light of day, but some did find it a bit inconvenient.
